What is an Avatar?
An avatar is an icon or representation of a user in a shared virtual reality,
mostly used on forums. Avatars are usually 60x60 or 100x100 pixels, and
they can be saved as JPG, GIF, or PNG format.

A wallpaper is a picture or design displayed on the background
of a computer screen. Wallpapers
are usually 600x800, 1024x768, or 1152x864 pixels. Depending on the resolution
setting on a computer.
Tip: It's always better to make a larger
resolution wallpaper because it can easily be reduced to a smaller resolution.

What program is best to make graphics?
The best program in my opinion is Photoshop, but PaintShop Pro is also a
very good program for graphics. If you don't want to spend $600 on Photoshop,
